Bird Geek Week: Shore Birds!

A one-legged gull (not really; the other leg is tucked up).
A snowy egret, busily shuffling its feet to stir up creatures to eat...
Check out its stilt legs and bright yellow feet.
And a bevy of coots.

There were also pelicans diving into the water--so cool!--but no photographs of them, alas.
