A visit to the San Diego Zoo with family...it's always amazing to look at the variety of animals (and I was only there for a few hours and only saw a portion of the animals).

The polar bears were fascinating (GIGANTIC feet)--one was swimming upside down and doing a turn against the glass, and the other was playing with the red balls. He/she was actually bouncing it against the bottom of the pool and catching it. Cute!

Tomorrow, birds of a feather, flocking...well, you know!

Beachy Hearts

Two random hearts found on the beach...they really are everywhere!

Yummy Cuteness? Or Cute Yumminess?

Would you please look at these chocolates? Yum. And how kawaii are those little chocolate mice? Good grief! I won't be able to eat them because they are so cute. The chocolates in the front right corner? Delish!

These were a gift from my very own yummy and cute B. They are from a Cambridge (Mass.) chocolatier called L.A. Burdick's. Have I mentioned YUM?

Fun Foziewisp Finds

Beachy finds from several weeks ago. I could spend hours walking along picking stuff up.

The beach glass pieces are small; for some reason, there are not big pieces on the West coast like there seem to be on the East coast.

The last photo shows how tiny some of those shells are--three on a quarter!

Wisteria Buzz

Yes, it's that time of year again: the wisteria down the street from me is in bloom. It didn't get trimmed properly this year, so the flowers are a bit sparse, but still...gorgeousness!

Here it was last year, a truly spectacular display.
