Balloon Art

While were in Phoenix for Thanksgiving with family, we went to the Phoenix Art Museum. Among other things, we experienced this artwork by Martin Creed: "Work. No. 2497. Half the air in a given space."

This is a small room filled with giant latex balloons. You enter on one side, walk (blindly) through the balloons, and come out the other side. It is trippy! I had a moment of panic, but it passed...

Gotta love contemporary art!
