Rosy Outlook
Here are the first roses of the season. The lavender one in front has the strongest fragrance, sort of a sweet lemony smell. Love it! And that is not my hand--it's a mannequin hand (and Tallulah Bankhead's face on the cover of her delightfully cheesy autobiography).
Beautiful roses...ours are blooming too - at least until the rust sets in with the "june gloom" from the marine layer from the ocean. so far...it's looking like a rosy week ahead - keeping fingers crossed. have a wonderful week!!!
ohhhh, that mannequin hand reminds me of a nun who was in one of my college classes. She had a fake hand that looked just like that. It used to creep me out. Shiver!!
Wildly in love with my husband B., former guardian of the late, lamented Miss Tallulah Mae (the wonder dog), adorer of all canines, dilettantish crafter, obsessed with birds, vintage shopper, lover of libraries, neophyte cellist, and foziewisp.
