Painterly

I love it when the rays of light emanate from the clouds like this--it looks like a Renaissance painting (minus the palm tree and telephone pole, of course!).

I'm not super holy, but whenever I see light shining through the clouds, I feel like God is talking to me.

I've always called this a "God is coming" sky. (even though I'm not "religious") But you can hear the ooohh-aaahhh-oohh sound when you see this type of sky. Can't you?
