Snuggle under a blanket and watch something really awful on tv!!
I would kill for some chili on that windy day as well!
Since we live in perpetual wintry land, I just go about my business as usual. However, if we get snow, I hunker down in my favorite chair with a throw and a good book.
I drink about 17 cups of tea throughout the day...make sure I have on shoes with socks with no ankle parts exposed...wear leggings, a long shirt, and sweater that covers my neck...and I hunker down. A stack of magazines or a good book (currently reading I Capture the Castle and I think it's going to be in my top 5) and pillows to sit back on are the icing on the cake.
