Dead Pan


Before and after: the annual baking of Pan de Muertos, or bread of the dead (for Dia de los Muertos on Sunday). This bread is quite delicious, and every time I make it I tell myself to bake it more often than once a year. Maybe this year I'll remember!

Beautiful loaf!! So glad you are still posting. I took a break from checking blogs and may not check as often as I used to but still enjoy seeing my regular blogs still there!!
