Purple Confetti
Jacaranda flowers...lovely trees, lovely flower confetti on the ground. But they are also, as my mom likes to call them, the trees from hell: they drop their flowers, which are very sticky, everywhere (and in my opinion, the dropped flowers smell like cat pee). But they ARE pretty!
Wildly in love with my husband B., former guardian of the late, lamented Miss Tallulah Mae (the wonder dog), adorer of all canines, dilettantish crafter, obsessed with birds, vintage shopper, lover of libraries, neophyte cellist, and foziewisp.

Very pretty! But if they smell like cat pee I'd have to stay away-my least favourite (putting it mildly) odour in the world!
Oh, I'm really glad this isn't a scratch and sniff photo----
They remind me of a springtime version of the helicopter things from trees?
One of Mother Nature's interesting surpises!! They are pretty...just don't step or smell as you walk by.
