Day Trip to the Salton Sea: East Jesus

 

East Jesus is an outdoor art museum--the East Jesus folks actually call it an "art garden"--where the art is made of discarded materials; people live on the property as well, and pre-Covid I think you could stay/camp there as a visitor. It is an accredited museum and a member of the California Museum Association.
