Made for a friend's little neighbor. Sewing things like this is so relaxing for me and takes my mind off of...everything. So fun!

I Feel Felt
The holiday season is hectic when you have online shops, and this year is no exception...I did finally find time to do a bit of holiday crafting (this is for my cello teacher--and her cat!). Fun!

Happy Valentine's Day!
A most happy Valentine's Day from Tallulah Mae and her little monster Valentine, Cthulu (made by me!). He is a bit cranky about being someone's Valentine--he is, after all, a monster. She is also, seemingly, not too impressed.
Whoever/whatever you love, let them/it/him/her know it!

Hostess Gifts, Red Edition
We have very sweet new(ish) next-door neighbors, and when we went over for a little happy hour get-together last week, I took a tiny poinsettia for the adults and a red felt dog for the baby of the house.

Say Hello to My Little Friend
I made this little felt skelly for B. for Day of the Dead, and Miss Mae, of course, was completely disdainful...although she IS resting her chin on it in the last photo. Silly girl!

I (Heart) Felt
The last show-and-tell: felt eyeglass (or pencil) cases and felt needle books.
Whatever isn't done by mid-afternoon tomorrow isn't getting done...I will simply relax and look forward to a fun day on Saturday at the Mercantile Mix. Wish us luck!

Kyuuto (If I Do Say So Myself!)
These are cute, right? They are little felt stuffed Easter bunny hair clips for my great-niece...so fun to make. The pattern comes from Gingermelon: cute blog, adorable Etsy shop!

Bunny Luv
Unfortunately, my first attempt resulted in a mutant rabbit whose ears grew out of the middle of its back (cue horror movie music: dum dum DUM). Oopsy.
Much better--now the baby for whom it is intended won't cry in fright when he sees it...
