This sign in Lincoln, Nebraska, is a marvel: its position on the building, the fact that it is a No. 2 pencil, and the red neon outline--which still lights up--all combine to make it just fab.

This looks like a cool old sign for the Trade Winds Motel...but they need to trim those palms! (I wonder when the neon was removed...)
