Tiny Harvest

A teeny-tiny selection of blueberries and strawberries from the garden. The strawberries are very small but very tasty--one has to harvest them before the critters (not sure what!) eat them. And in years past I have gotten about 10 blueberries from my two bushes, but this year there are a LOT of them on the plants...fingers crossed that they all ripen (they are so tasty, not like the ones you can buy).

Strawb

An artsy photo of strawberry perfection! (It was a bit tart, actually, but it LOOKED amazing!)

I am always fascinated watching flowers turn into fruit...this will be a sweet red strawberry soon!

I don't get very many of them, but they are just delectable.

New Year Berries

Even in January, the strawberry plant doesn't quit...these were so delicious, by the way--they smell and taste of strawberry!
