Again, a catchy brand name...however, I am not too assured about the looks of this particular toilet seat cover dispenser (janky!).

Because...why not? (This was not a business that had anything to do with horses, BTW--I guess they had the opportunity to acquire a big white fake horse and thought, "Let's put it on the roof!" As one does...)
