Tree Abstract
What an amazing swirl of color here...it almost looks like a painting! (It is trees in Rittenhouse Square in Philadelphia.)

Wanamaker's
This is Wanamaker's (now a Macy's) in Philadelphia. It is a true retail temple, built in 1910.
John Wanamaker, a native Philadelphian, invented the concept of the department store (including the use of price tags!).
This is the world's largest (working) organ. In a department store!
The store is jaw-dropping...I can only imagine what shoppers thought when they entered the doors of this magnificent building more than 100 years ago.

Philly Phlowers and Pholiage
Too early for autumn colors on the trees, alas, but LOTS of gorgeous window boxes...really lovely.
A cherry tree! Where is George Washington?

Philly Phood
Philadelphia junk food: Tastykakes (made since 1914, kinda yum in a junky way) and Utz potato chips (since 1921, and, well, potato chips!).
The biggest "pig ear" baked good I have ever seen, at the Reading Terminal Market (quite an amazing place, in business since 1893).
Bassetts ice cream--delicious--made since 1861 (!).
Philbert, the mascot for the Reading Terminal Market.

Magic
This is Magic Gardens, created by one artist, Isaiah Zagar. Pictures don't really do it justice! Just...wow.
