A Drag (Race)

 

We went to the Race of Gentlemen (TROG) drag races in Riverside a week ago: SO. FUN. One of most fascinating things to watch was this fellow, who started every race. So amazing to watch him...

The Grove Motel in Lemon Grove has NO vacancy (it looks a big janky, but there are probably folks living there permanently...). Meanwhile, on the hillside above, they are probably building a bunch of new hideous "luxury apartments." Because Southern California...

Pink in Winter

 

I love these December roses...they are the very last gasp of blooms before the plants get their winter pruning. (It smells heavenly.)
