Ice Cream--It's the Law

It's a national holiday, therefore you MUST eat ice cream--it's the (yummy!) law! Hope you had a nice, relaxing day!

(Full disclosure: this is NOT the ice cream I had today--I actually had this last weekend: non-holiday ice cream!)

oh no! I MISSED it?!! They have a treat here in Costa Rica called, ironically enough, "Trits". It's an ice cream sandwich in a little container not unlike a butter tub. All I can say is...YUM!!!! But don't you think EVERY DAY is ice cream day?
