Hey, who's that sharing Friday with Tallulah Mae?
Why, it's the King, of course...today would have been his 75th birthday. I do love me some Elvis.I find his story to be quite poignant (poor boy makes good, loves his mama, crashes and burns). I love all aspects of Elvisiana: the gorgeous young man with the lovely voice, the kitschy movies (like Viva Las Vegas, from which the image above comes), and the after-death craziness of "tribute artists" (impersonators to you and me), Graceland tours, paintings on black velvet (I have one, oh yes!), and Flying Elvi (warning, this link has music). I love all of it! Happy Birthday, Elvis Aron Presley...from Tallulah Mae to you!
