Glad to see that you're feeling better after your bout with flu! Does look yummy! What kind of apples are those? Did you can them with just sugar or for pie filling? I love canning! Mostly I can tomatoes and salsa. Though I have made jalapeno jelly, watermelon jelly and sweet relish. Hugs! kat

that looks so good! now, do those just sit out at room temperature? is that the whole thing about canning? i'm canning challenged.
