A Capital Trip: Part One

Guess where I was a few weeks ago? It's a place where they have giant chairs...
Tree-lined residential streets...
A famous house...
And a pointy monument.

Washington, DC! In the summer! When it's 100 degrees! And super crowded with my fellow (sweaty) Americans! Fun was had, museums were visited, and good food was consumed. Pix all this week...

You were on my side of the country. I thought it all seemed a lot nicer for awhile!
